Returns and refunds policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Home Supplies Kenya. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or notify us of your intention to return your purchase within 2 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: 


      1. All items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and in their original packaging.

      1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team before returning any product. To obtain an RMA, please contact us via email at [hello@homesupplies.coke] or call us at +254 789 381044. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

      1. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returning the product.

      1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

      1. If the product is returned in a condition that is not fully resalable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
      2. If the product is not working as it’s supposed to, the customer should notify Home Supplies Kenya immediately before the return period is over.

    Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Home Supplies Kenya. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
