4. Payment Terms

The prices for products and services on the Site are subject to change. You will be responsible for paying the applicable prices at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms will vary depending on the product or service you purchase. You will be responsible for paying any applicable shipping and delivery charges. Free delivery offers given by Homesupplies Kenya apply on products exceeding Ksh 2000. Customers have to claim the offer when making their order.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return products you purchase from the Site for a refund within 1 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home Supplies Kenya is not liable for any damages that you may suffer as a result of using the Site or the products or services offered on the Site. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Kenya.

Home Supplies Kenya reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by email or by posting the changes on the Site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in the HomeSupplies.co.ke Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate and participating in our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Registration and Approval:

  • To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process on our website.
  • Our team retains the right to approve or deny affiliate account registrations at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure:

  • Affiliate commission applies to orders above ksh 3000.
  • Orders made via WhatsApp cannot be automatically tracked by our affiliate system. However, affiliates can redeem commission for WhatsApp orders by sharing the transaction message via WhatsApp. Once shared, it will appear on their dashboard for commission calculation.

3. Commission Payouts:

  • Payouts are made weekly on Saturdays.
  • Payouts are subject to meeting minimum payout thresholds, as determined by HomeSupplies.co.ke.
  • Any suspicion of commission fraud will result in permanent banning from the affiliate program, and all pending payouts will be canceled.

4. Affiliate Conduct:

  • Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism at all times when promoting HomeSupplies.co.ke products.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing practices.

5. Modification of Terms:

  • HomeSupplies.co.ke reserves the right to modify these affiliate program terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

6. Termination of Agreement:

  • HomeSupplies.co.ke reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, all accrued but unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • HomeSupplies.co.ke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

8. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

By registering as an affiliate and participating in our program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with affiliate registration or participation.
